Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: 

We ship when Canada Post is available: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases the charge to ship your order may be more than your invoiced price if your items are large or heavy.  If there are charges owing for shipping we will contact you to request payment prior to shipping your order. Cheeky Monkey cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or by the post office. The purchaser is responsible for all duty, brokerage and taxes as determined by the US Postal Service.

When your order arrives: Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine the package(s) carefully. Do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping.

If your order requires a signature please ensure that the number of packages are correct and the packages are not damaged. If you sign for a damaged or partial shipment the postal insurance will not cover your shipment.

Immediately open and examine your package to ensure you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or missing products please report within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please take a picture of the damage prior to opening the package. Notify Cheeky Monkey of the damage by emailing sales@cheekymonkey.ca with the damage details and a picture of the damage.

Shipment Timeline: Most in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will be notified by email if your order will be delayed.

 

ORDER PICK-UP:

Orders are generally available for pick-up within 1 business day. Cheeky Monkey will contact the purchaser through email or phone when the order is ready for pick-up. Photo identification is required. Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order. If you would like someone else to pick-up your order please email sales@cheekymonkey.ca with your order number and the first and last name of the person who will be picking the order up.

FREE SHIPPING:
Orders $120+ before taxes qualify for free shipping, some exceptions apply. The option for free shipping will automatically be available if your order meets the requirements. Exceptions include large or heavy items, which will be marked on the product listing. 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS:

If you have placed an order with Cheeky Monkey and you would like to cancel it please contact us at sales@cheekymonkey.ca. Although unlikely, if we are unable to prevent shipment please follow the return instructions below.


RETURN POLICY:

Cheeky Monkey offers a 14 day return policy on all returnable products.  After 14 days products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  After 60 days all sales are final.  The purchaser is responsible for return/exchange shipping charges and will not receive a refund of the original shipping charge if applicable.  At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns from US locations.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its unopened original packaging.  For unpackaged items all original tags must be attached. All sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • diapers & diapering accessories
  • earrings & hair clips/ hair accessories
  • all necklaces & bracelets
  • all hats, beanies, ball caps, bonnets, sun hats
  • swim diapers & swimsuits
  • breast pumps & pump accessories
  • bottles, bottle nipples, sippy cups & water bottles
  • pacifiers, teethers & teething toys
  • potties & training pants
  • skin care items including creams, washes & wipes
  • sunscreen & bug creams/sprays
  • toothpaste & toothbrushes
  • food & tea
  • undergarments including nursing bras & tanks
  • personal care items including nursing pads, creams & baths
  • tutus, bloomers, special occasion/holiday outfits & accessories
  • any items marked as non-returnable in store & on product pages
  • sale, clearance & special order items
  • gift cards, rentals & workshop registrations
