Ingredients: Foeniculum vulgare* (fennel) seed, matricaria chamomilla* (chamomile) flower, melissa officinalis* (lemon balm), mentha piperita* (peppermint) leaf. *certified organic
Chamomile Flower: soothing to stomach aches & colic, digestive aid, calming for stress and anxious nerves; anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and healing to skin ailments.
Fennel: digestive aid, helps relieve colic, carminative (gas expelling), increases milk flow for breastfeeding moms.

How To Use: For the nursing mom: 1 tsp of tea per cup with 100°C water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups daily. For bottle-fed baby: 1-2 droppers full or 1/2 teaspoon can be added to baby’s formula. Up to three times a day.
Can babies drink herbal tea?
